TOMATO, CUCUMBER & POMEGRANATE SALSA

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 2 tablespoons Flaschengeist Caramelised Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons Flaschengeist Organic Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped coriander
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds

 METHOD

Cut tomato, pomegranate seeds and cucumber into small pieces and chop coriander, combine all together. Add the juice of one lime and drizzle with Caramelised Pomegranate and Lemon Oil.
