Creepy Eyeball Cocktail

A SWEET & DELICIOUS TREAT FOR HALLOWEEN

Use our Flaschengeist Raspberry Liqueur to create this Creepy Eyeball Cocktail! The use of lychees to create eyeballs is a spooky touch, but sure tastes great!

INGREDIENTS

6 Lychee “eyeballs” with raspberry jam & blueberries

60ml Raspberry Liqueur

30ml Lychee juice

30ml Blackcurrant juice

20ml Sparkling water

Dash of grenadine

METHOD

Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a glass and add Lychee Eyeballs.

To make the Lychee Eyeballs

Drain lychees and pat dry. Fill with a dash of raspberry jam. Press a small blueberry into the middle of each jam.
