CHILLI DUKKAH & PARMESAN OIL CHEESE LOG
- 1 tub cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons tasty cheese
- 1 tablespoon Flaschengeist Parmesan EVOO
- Chilli Dukkah (enough to coat a dinner plate)
- Combine cream cheese, EVOO & cheese and mix together and form either one or two logs out of the mix.
- Sprinkle the Dukkah on a dinner plate and roll the cheese log to coat on all sides.
- Wrap the Dukkah crusted log in cling wrap and cover completely.
- Place in the fridge to set for at least an hour.
