Chilli Dukkah

The more daring version of the Egyptian almond and middle-eastern spice mix. This has the same delicious ingredients as our Egyptian but with a bit of warmth added. Very popular; sprinkle over homemade pizza, coat salmon or chicken and bake in the oven or simple dip our Mexican Olive Oil with crusty bread then into some Chilli Dukkah for a spicy, crunchy, nutty delight.

Ingredients: Almond, Sesame seeds, coriander seed, cumin seed, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, chilli, paprika, Murray River salt and black pepper.

Aussie Bush Dukkah

Capturing the flavours and freshness of Australian Bush spices. This is another delicious dukkah made using four native ingredients; lemon myrtle, roasted wattle seed, blood lime (wow!) and mountain pepper leaf. It’s a lovely fresh dukkah and it tastes delish sprinkled over cauliflower cheese or on fish.

Ingredients: Sesame seeds, lemon myrtle seed, blood lime, mountain pepper and Murray River salt.

Caramelised Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

The intense sweet-tart flavour of the pomegranate is a perfect match for hearty meats like lamb and duck. It makes an exciting dressing whisked with your favourite oil, pomegranate seeds, toasted nuts and feta cheese. It adds depth to pan sauces, braised meats or compotes. Drizzle over poached fruits and ice cream for an elegant dessert.

Pairs well with our Caramelised Blood Orange Balsamic in a soda spritzer.

Ingredients: Sucrose syrup, Wine Vinegar, Grape Juice, Modified Starch, Glycerine, Natural Essence, Food Colouring, Contains Sulphites.

Organic Basil Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil

Basil and extra virgin olive oil; two integral ingredients to Mediterranean cooking. Drizzle onto a Caprese salad, pizza, pasta, or risotto. Also makes for a delicious bread dipper or salad dressing.

Dukkah is an Egyptian almond and spice mixture that is enjoyed mainly as a nibble with olive oil and chunks of crusty bread but it also has many other uses! It is wonderful as a crumbing on chicken or fish, add to homemade patties or sprinkle over salads. Some customers use it on pizza too – use your imagination!
