Avocado Dukkah & Lemon

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons Flaschengeist Organic Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Flaschengeist Egyptian Dukkah
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
METHOD
  1. Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove its stone, then scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Squeeze in the lemon juice then mash with a fork to your desired texture.
  3. Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper and sprinkle dukkah over the top.
  4. Toast your bread, drizzle with lemon oil then pile the avocado on top.
