Avocado Dukkah & Lemon
- 1 ripe avocado
- Flaschengeist Organic Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Flaschengeist Egyptian Dukkah 1 tablespoon of
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
- Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove its stone, then scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice then mash with a fork to your desired texture.
- Season to taste with sea salt, black pepper and sprinkle dukkah over the top.
- Toast your bread, drizzle with lemon oil then pile the avocado on top.
