Baked Eggs

  • 2 eggs
  • 6-7 tablespoons of tomato passata
  • 1 tablespoon Flaschengeist Italian Herbs
  • Flaschengeist Organic Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil to drizzle
  • Flaschengeist Egyptian Dukkah to sprinkle
  • Feta Cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Pour passata into the bottom of a baking dish
  2. Add the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Gently crack 2 eggs into the dish. Place dishes on a baking tray. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until eggwhite is just set. Remove from oven. Stand for 2 minutes. Then drizzle the basil oil and sprinkle the dukkah and crumbled feta cheese
