- 20g butter
- Flaschengeist Organic Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tablespoons of
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 100g button & Swiss brown mushrooms , quartered
- 4 slices sourdough bread, chargrilled
- Melt half the butter in a non-stick frying pan over high heat until foaming. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the mushroom and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Spoon the mushrooms onto the chargrilled sourdough toast and drizzle with extra garlic oil for added flavour.
