Fig and honey pavlova

INGREDIENTS
  • 300g thickened cream
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoon of Flaschengeist Fig Liqueur
  • Honey to drizzle
  • Pistachio nuts
  • Fresh or dried figs for topping
METHOD
  1. Using an electric mixer, beat cream until peaks form, then add in icing sugar. Gently stir in the cocktail.
  2. Top the pavlova base with cream, figs and pistachio nuts.
  3. Drizzle honey over the top
