Caramel Choc Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 100ml Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 250g tub cream cheese
  • 30ml Flaschengeist Highland Cocktail
  • 30ml Flaschengeist Chocolate Port Cocktail
METHOD
  1. Combine condensed milk, sugar & syrup in a saucepan on low heat, and stir until sugar has dissolved and bubbles appear.
  2. Add milk mixture to the cream cheese and stir.
  3. Pour in both Cocktails and chill in fridge for at least 30 min.
