Caramelised Balsamic Salmon

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 3 tablespoons of Flaschengeist Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
  • Sesame seeds
METHOD
  1. Coat both sides of the salmon with caramelised vinegar.
  2. Place in a pre-heated oven 180c for 10 minutes, skin side up
  3. Remove and place the salmon skin side up under the grill until the skin has become crispy
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
