Dukkah Chicken

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 5 tablespoons of Flaschengeist Egyptian or Chilli Dukkah
  • 2 tablespoons of Flaschengeist Organic Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  1. Drizzle the lemon oil to cover the chicken breast, then dip the chicken into the Dukkah to coat completely.
  2. Refrigerate for a minimum 30 min.
  3. Heat up a pan with the lemon oil and fry the chicken on both sides for 1 minute.
  4. 4. Place into a pre- heated oven 180 degrees and cook for 15 min until chicken is cooked through. Serve with a fresh salad
