Garlic Prawns

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 tablespoons of Flaschengeist Organic Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Flaschengeist Himalayan Seafood Seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Flaschengeist Himalayan Salt with Chilli Flakes
  • 24 medium green prawns, peeled (tails kept intact)
METHOD
  1. In a fry pan add oil, butter, garlic and salt + chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute or until the butter melts. Reduce the heat to low.
  2. Add the prawns and cook for 1–2 minutes each side or until the prawns are cooked through.
