- 4 tablespoons of Flaschengeist Organic Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons of Flaschengeist Himalayan Seafood Seasoning
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Flaschengeist Himalayan Salt with Chilli Flakes
- 24 medium green prawns, peeled (tails kept intact)
- In a fry pan add oil, butter, garlic and salt + chilli flakes and cook for 1 minute or until the butter melts. Reduce the heat to low.
- Add the prawns and cook for 1–2 minutes each side or until the prawns are cooked through.
