Roasted Lamb Cutlets

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 lamb cutlets
  • 3 tablespoons of Flaschengeist Organic BBQ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Flaschengeist Pepper Steak Rub
METHOD
  1. Marinade the meat: Drizzle BBQ Oil over cutlets and coat with Pepper Steak Rub
  2. Refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes and then place under the grill or on the bbq until cooked to your liking
