Feta Cheese Tarts with Caramelised Onion

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • Flaschengeist Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
  • Tart cases
  1. Pre- heat the oven to 180c.
  2. Slice the onion and add oil to a hot pan and fry, once the onion starts to soften drizzle a generous amount of Caramelised Balsamic all over the onion.
  3. Transfer the onions to the cases and top with crumbed feta cheese.
  4. Place in the oven for approx. 5 min till the cheese is melted or warm- your choice!
