Spicy Mexicano Baked Corn

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 fresh corn cobs
  • 1 tablespoon Flaschengeist Mexicano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 25g butter
METHOD
  1. Pre- heat oven at 180c
  2. Either cut the corn into 3 small pieces or leave whole.
  3. On a piece of foil add the corn and drizzle with Mexicano EVOO and add a knob of butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap the corn into a foil envelope
  5. Bake for approx. 30 min
