When will my order be sent?
At Flaschengeist, we are like busy bees who swarm around your order pouring as much TLC per hand filled bottle ordered. Orders will be processed within approximately 3-5 business days from ordering and be sent out as soon as completed.
What couriers do you use?
We only use premium couriers to ensure your delivery is made promptly and safely. Rest assured, you'll receive full tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery time frames
Due to Level 4 restrictions in Victoria, our couriers are experiencing an unprecedented demand for deliveries. Please expect some delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Adelaide – 2 – 12 business days
Brisbane – 4 – 10 business days
Cairns – 3 – 12 business days
Canberra – 3 – 11 business days
Central Coast – 3 – 5 business days
Gold & Sunshine Coast – 3 – 9 business days
Hobart – 4 – 9 business days
Melbourne – 2 – 8 business days
Newcastle – 4 – 10 business days
Orange – 4 – 10 business days
Perth – 7 – 18 business days
Sydney – 4 – 9 business days
Townsville – 3 – 12 business days

Regional areas ($20 delivery fee) – 5 – 12 business days
Now here’s some serious stuff- We understand you might expect your order based on the time frames you see above, these are only rough estimates and as the goods go via road the couriers cannot always meet these times although they will do their best. Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery time frames. Orders also cannot be refunded once they are with our couriers for delivery.
Is there a shipping charge with all MyDeal Orders?
Yes. For all MyDeal Orders there is a $10 shipping charge
What happens if I’m not at the address when my delivery arrives?
We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office or depot for collection.
Please note deliveries cannot be made to PO BOXES, Locked Bags, GPOs
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
We are quick so call the office or shoot us an email straight away to have the address changed. Once your order is processed and leaves our office, we can’t really change the address and the couriers can’t re- direct your order either unfortunately.
I’m sending my order as a gift will there be an invoice with the order?
We never include invoices with our deliveries, only the packing slip. If you have purchased online, rest assured that your lucky recipient won’t see any pricing within the delivery box.
