When will my order be sent?
At Flaschengeist, we are like busy bees who swarm around your order pouring as much TLC per hand filled bottle ordered. Orders will be processed within approximately 1-2 business days from ordering and be sent out as soon as completed.
What couriers do you use?
We only use premium couriers to ensure your delivery is made promptly and safely. Rest assured, you'll receive full tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

At the moment, Australia Post are experiencing an unprecedented demand for deliveries. Please expect some delays, we apologise for any inconvenience.
We know this is important info for you and the details we provide are the delivery time-frames outlined based on our couriers guidelines. These times begin after your order has been dispatched.

Now here’s some serious stuff- We understand you might expect your order based on the time frames you see above, these are only rough estimates and as the goods go via road the couriers cannot always meet these times although they will do their best. Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery time frames. Orders also cannot be refunded once they are with our couriers for delivery.
Is there a shipping charge with all MyDeal Orders?
Yes. For all MyDeal Orders there is a $10 shipping charge
What happens if I’m not at the address when my delivery arrives?
We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office or depot for collection.
Please note deliveries cannot be made to Parcel Lockers or Private/Locked Bags)
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
We are quick so call the office or shoot us an email straight away to have the address changed. Once your order is processed and leaves our office, we can’t really change the address and the couriers can’t re- direct your order either unfortunately.
I’m sending my order as a gift will there be an invoice with the order?
We never include invoices with our deliveries, only the packing slip. If you have purchased online, rest assured that your lucky recipient won’t see any pricing within the delivery box.
New Zealand Shipping Information
Order value ($10 - $110 NZD) - $20 NZD Shipping Rate
Order value ($110 - $220 NZD) - $40 NZD Shipping Rate
Order value (over $220 NZD) - $60 NZD Shipping Rate
Please note: Customers may need to pay Duty, Excise and/or GST fees to governing bodies when importing from Australia.
Shipment leaves Melbourne every Thursday and arrives Monday in Auckland. Once the stock has arrived in Auckland, New Zealand Post allow between 1 – 3 days to deliver within New Zealand. Rest assured, you’ll receive full tracking information so you can keep an eye on your new gifts.
Orders over $110 NZD may be sent as 2 separate shipments. Anything over $220 NZD may be sent as 3 separate shipments.

There are still international delivery delays with parcels arriving in to NZ from overseas. We are working to have the majority of parcels, once received in to NZ Post, delivered within 5 days. There are no specific areas where we have significant delays with deliveries within NZ.
