When will my order be sent?
At Flaschengeist, we are like busy bees who swarm around your order pouring as much TLC per hand filled bottle ordered. Orders will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days (weekends not included) from ordering and be sent out as soon as completed.
Do you delivery Australia Wide?
Yes, but with the exception of the NT (due to our Liquor Licencing Restrictions).
Where do you ship from?
We are based in Melbourne and ship all goods from our warehouse direct. At this stage we don't offer a click and collect option.
Orders over $65 - FREE Shipping. Orders less than $65 a $9.99 Flat Rate Shipping applies.
Express Post - Australia Only
- Express delivery is $18.99 per package.
- Express deliveries can go to a postal address or PO Box.
- Note: Flaschengeist is based in the Melbourne. Due to Covid, the next day guarantee has been removed by Australia Post however they will prioritise all express orders.

We use Australia Post to ensure your delivery is made promptly and safely. Rest assured, you'll receive full tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

At the moment, Australia Post are experiencing an unprecedented demand for deliveries. Please expect some delays, we apologise for any inconvenience.
We know this is important info for you and the details we provide are the delivery time-frames outlined based on our couriers guidelines. These times begin after your order has been dispatched and tracking begins.

Now here’s some serious stuff- We understand you might expect your order based on the time frames you see above, these are only rough estimates and as the goods go via road the couriers cannot always meet these times although they will do their best. Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery time frames. Orders also cannot be refunded once they are with our couriers for delivery.
Can items in one order be sent to different addresses?
Our transport system is automated and can only read the one shipping address per order. To send to multiple addresses this will need to be done as individual orders.
What happens if I’m not at the address when my delivery arrives?
We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order.
The Australia Post app gives the receiver an option to manage their own delivery and address simply click on the delivery from Flaschengeist and you can press the REDIRECT IT button if you are not home upon the delivery day.
If a parcel is not able to be found on the premises, and Flaschengeist can provide evidence of delivery from the courier, then unfortunately this will not entitle the purchaser to a refund or replacement, as the order has been delivered.
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
We are quick so call the office or shoot us an email straight away to have the address changed. Once your order is processed and leaves our office, we can’t really change the address and the couriers can’t re- direct your order either unfortunately.
Managing the tracking of your order
It is your responsibility to inform Flaschengeist if an order has not arrived. We will then trace and lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and provide you with a case file no.
I’m sending my order as a gift will there be an invoice with the order?
We never include invoices with our deliveries, only the packing slip. If you have purchased online, rest assured that your lucky recipient won’t see any pricing within the delivery box.

Order value ($10 - $82 AUD) - $9.50 AUD Standard Shipping Rate
Order value ($82.01 - $164 AUD) - $19 AUD Shipping Rate
Order value ($164.01- $240.00 NZD) - $28.50 AUD Shipping Rate
Order value ($240.01-$400 AUD) - $38 AUD Shipping Rate
Please note: Customers may need to pay Duty, Excise and/or GST fees to governing bodies when importing from Australia.
All shipments will leave Melbourne by Australia Post- allow between 14-35 days for delivery into New Zealand. Delivery within NZ will vary depending on your location and any delays New Zealand Post may be experiencing. Rest assured, you’ll receive full tracking information so you can keep an eye on your new gifts.
Orders over $82.01 AUD may be sent as 2 separate shipments. Anything over $164.01 AUD may be sent as 3 separate shipments. Orders over $240.01 may be sent in 4+ separate parcels.
