Guaranteed Pre- Christmas delivery

Orders must be placed by Monday 29th Nov to guarantee delivery before Christmas (by the 24th December) within Australia.  Any orders received after this date cannot be guaranteed delivery before Christmas. 

VIC customers have till the 10th Dec to order for pre- Xmas delivery. 

*New Zealand orders received after 23rd November cannot be guaranteed delivery before Christmas 

When will my order be sent?

At Flaschengeist, we are like busy bees who swarm around your order pouring as much TLC per hand filled bottle ordered. Orders will be processed within approximately 4-6 business days from ordering and be sent out as soon as completed.

Orders less than $70 - $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping (metro and major locations only) T&Cs apply*

Regional Rates (for remote areas or suburbs outside of major locations) - $20 Flat Rate Shipping. Please note this is not an express post service.

We use Australia Post to ensure your delivery is made promptly and safely. Rest assured, you'll receive full tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

At the moment, Australia Post are experiencing an unprecedented demand for deliveries. Please expect some delays, we apologise for any inconvenience.

We know this is important info for you and the details we provide are the delivery time-frames outlined based on our couriers guidelines. These times begin after your order has been dispatched and tracking begins. 

 

Adelaide – 4 – 12 business days

Brisbane – 4 – 10 business days

Cairns – 5 – 12 business days

Canberra – 3 – 11 business days

Central Coast – 5 – 14 business days

Gold & Sunshine Coast – 5 - 10 business days

Hobart – 4 – 12 business days

Melbourne – 2 – 8 business days

Newcastle – 4 – 15 business days

Now here’s some serious stuff- We understand you might expect your order based on the time frames you see above, these are only rough estimates and as the goods go via road the couriers cannot always meet these times although they will do their best. Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery time frames. Orders also cannot be refunded once they are with our couriers for delivery.

Can items in one order be sent to different addresses?

Our transport system is automated and can only read the one shipping address per order. To send to multiple addresses this will need to be done as individual orders. 

Is there a shipping charge with all MyDeal Orders?

Yes. For all MyDeal Orders there is a $10 shipping charge 

 

What happens if I’m not at the address when my delivery arrives?

We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card or email will be provided & your order will be taken to the closest post office or depot for collection.

 

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

We are quick so call the office or shoot us an email straight away to have the address changed. Once your order is processed and leaves our office, we can’t really change the address and the couriers can’t re- direct your order either unfortunately. 

 

I’m sending my order as a gift will there be an invoice with the order?

We never include invoices with our deliveries, only the packing slip. If you have purchased online, rest assured that your lucky recipient won’t see any pricing within the delivery box.

 

New Zealand Shipping Information

Order value ($10 - $82 AUD) - $9 AUD Standard Shipping Rate

Order value ($82.01 - $164 AUD) - $18 AUD Shipping Rate

Order value ($164.01- $240.00 NZD) - $27 AUD Shipping Rate

Order value ($240.01-$400 AUD) - $36 AUD Shipping Rate

Please note: Customers may need to pay Duty, Excise and/or GST fees to governing bodies when importing from Australia.

All shipments will leave Melbourne by Australia Post- allow between 14-35 days for delivery into New Zealand. Delivery within NZ will vary depending on your location and any delays New Zealand Post may be experiencing. Rest assured, you’ll receive full tracking information so you can keep an eye on your new gifts.

Orders over $82.01 AUD may be sent as 2 separate shipments. Anything over $164.01 AUD may be sent as 3 separate shipments. Orders over $240.01 may be sent in 4+ separate parcels.
