  • Wine Giveaways are just a fun way of us saying Thank You for your Google Reviews and use of hash tag #FLASCHITUP with your photos of our products on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
  • In doing so, you give Flaschengeist permission to copy, publish and promote your photos and reviews including your name and image on our website and social media accounts.
    Giveaways will be rewarded randomly and will not incur shipping costs.

    Flaschengeist's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  
  • Flaschengeist reserves the right to cancel or amend the activity and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Flaschengeist's control.
  • Any changes to the Giveaway will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Flaschengeist.
  • No cash alternative will be offered. The giveaways are not transferable. Giveaways are subject to availability and Flaschengeist reserves the right to substitute them with another item of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • By submitting their reviews and photos, the participant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.  
  • This is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. By submitting your reviews and photos, you agree to release Google, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest from all liability in relation to the activity.
