The combination of the sweet caramelised balsamic vinegar is infused with the perfect partners of garlic & rosemary to create a very versatile vinegar. This dressing may be used on salads, stewed or grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, grilled, smoked or roasted fish or meat.

BAKED BALSAMIC CAMEMBERT CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 whole camembert, in its box
  • 1 tsp Flaschengeist Organic Garlic EVOO
  • Flaschengeist Caramelised Garlic & Rosemary Balsamic Vinegar (to drizzle)
METHOD
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Remove any plastic packaging from the cheese and place back in its box, leaving the lid off.
  3. Drizzle the cheese with Garlic olive oil and place on a baking sheet, leaving the cheese in its box. Bake in the oven for ten minutes, or until the centre of the cheese is melted.

4. Finish off by drizzling the Caramelised Garlic & Rosemary Balsamic Vinegar
